STORE MANAGER

Heartland Jiffy Lube® is looking for energetic and motivated Store Managers in Training who can lead a team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Assistant Managers to success. No prior automotive experience is necessary. We offer you a paid training program to teach you everything you need to manage a Jiffy Lube location. As a Heartland Store Manager, you are the core of our business success. With the support of your District and Regional Manager, you will be entrusted to determine the direction and success for sales results, operational controls, customer service standards, facility/maintenance upkeep, people management and training for one Jiffy Lube location.

The Store Manager position will report to a District Manager and will be required to proficiently learn our systems and procedures that center on top-notch customer service in a fast paced, sales driven environment. Our monthly incentive program is created to reward those operators who are excelling in cars, sales and customer service. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in quickly establishing a successful team of sales and customer driven employees to consistently improve top line sales. He/she will have past experience in a service, retail environment, which will give he/she an understanding of our internal and external customer procedures, marketing programs and operating practices.

Qualifications

Strong orientation toward sales building, increasing car count and driving all key measurable results.
Successful relevant experience in fast-paced retail management.
History of effective people management through appropriate motivation, improving performance, tactfully addressing issues and quick judgment with independent decision making ability.
Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test upon hire.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive vehicles.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing overall direction to Jiffy Lube personnel to meet and exceed store goals as directed by Store Manager.
Provide prompt and courteous customer service, answer questions, and, in the Manager’s absence, resolve customer problems and complaints.
Monitor work flow to ensure vehicles are serviced within specific time limits.
Provide service to customer vehicles, as needed, including checking or changing fluids, filters, airing tires, vacuuming vehicle interior, cleaning windows, providing specialized services including air conditioning recharge, tire rotation, fuel filter, and transmission and radiator services.

Qualifications:

Strong orientation toward sales building and driving all key measurable results.
Successful relevant experience in fast-paced retail management.
Good technical knowledge.
Position requires someone who can work independently while aggressively attacking operations.
Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.
